1973 - Development of the HUD financed affordable housing property known as Meadow Lane Apartments, a 120 unit apartment community located in Rome GA.
1974 - Development of the Chateau Apartments currently known as Arbor Terrace Apartments, a 96 unit (1,2,and 3 BR) in Rome GA, currently owned and managed by CWREIC.
1975-Development of the HUD financed affordable housing property known as Tamassee Apartments in Rome, GA, an 80 unit Income Based Apartment Community currently owned and operated by CWREIC.
1976-Developed the HUD financed affordable housing property known as the Carriage Apartments, a 72 unit property in Calhoun, Ga. Currently owned and managed by CWREIC.
1976-Developed Ramada Inn Hotel on Hwy 411 as well as others throughout the Southeast.
