Our organization has over forty years of experience and a well defined history of multi- family and senior housing development projects across the southeast with the highest concentration of our properties in the state of Georgia. —Rehabilitation of the Ramada Inn on Hwy 411. Retrofit into 119 bed Assisted Living Community in 1983.
- Winthrop Manor, Rome, GA
—Developed by Charles Williams REIC in 1990. A 100 bed skilled nursing facility currently managed by Ethica Healthcare.

1993 - Freestanding Alzheimer's facility
- Winthrop at Tucker Senior Living, Tucker, GA
1999 — Development and management of Winthrop at Tucker Senior Living, in Tucker GA. Partnered with McNabb Group, LLC, . It was purchased by the Carlyle Group in August 2005
- Winthrop at Buckhead Senior Living, Atlanta, GA
2001 — Redeveloped a foreclosed assisted living community into Winthrop at Buckhead, a successful senior living community. Managed a successful turnaround and sale to a regional senior living company out of Texas.
- Winthrop West, Rome, GA
2001 —Acquired from Smith Packett Med-Com. A 39 unit Assisted Living Community specializing in Alzheimer’s Care. Dr. Keith Hannay, a geriatric specialist, serves as Medical Director.
- Winthrop at Cobb Senior Living, Marietta, GA
2003 —Development as a joint venture with Regent Partners of Atlanta, GA. The property was leased up and managed by Winthrop. This 60 unit assisted living community with 14 unit Alzheimer’s specialty care area was successfully leased and managed for over seven years. The property was sold to Carlyle Group in August, 2005

2007 — Acquisition of Plantation South Assisted Living, a 28 unit assisted living community which was renamed Winthrop at Polk located in Cedartown, Georgia.
