Gardner Williams, youngest son of company founder, Charles S. Williams, Sr., has been with the company since graduation from the University of Georgia in 1995. Presently he serves as Vice President Asset Management and holds part-ownership in many of the company assets.

Not only is Gardner responsible for overseeing all property maintenance, a responsibility his education and background has well prepared him for, his leadership enables him to manage all company personnel and management issues. Serving as the company's general contractor, Gardner Williams has been active in the construction of commercial and residential building for the past seven years in the Rome area. Serving as a member and former president of the Rome Area Homebuilders Association has enhanced his knowledge in this field.

Gardner Williams background and work experience coupled with being a licensed real estate broker, a general contractor, a Certified Professional of Occupancy, USDA Rural Development certification holder and a Certified Property Manager (CPM), continues to offer the opportunity for making Charles Williams REIC number one in the property management industry.

An active member of the First Presbyterian Church of Rome, serving as president of Men of the Church, a member of the Rome Rotary Club and, of course, The Rome Area Bulldog Club, continues to keep this young man active in the Rome area community giving him insight into the needs of Floyd County residents.
